Does laVillaMatta have air conditioning

Yes, laVillaMatta is equipped with air conditioning, with split units in every room to ensure maximum comfort even on the hottest days. That said, thanks to its elevated position and the sea breeze, the house is naturally cool and well ventilated.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

Yes! Four-legged friends are welcome (almost all of them…), just let us know in advance.

Is there Wi-Fi at laVillaMatta?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Does the house provide linens?

Yes, bed linen and towels are included and ready for your arrival.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The closest one is Blu Market, handy for essentials but fairly small. For a wider choice, you’ll find supermarkets in Torre Colimena o San Pietro in Bevagna (5–10 minutes by car). In Avetrana, about 15 minutes away, there are even more options.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we also accept credit card payments.

Do you provide a high chair or a baby cot?

On request, we can provide both a high chair and a baby cot.

What if I have a problem during my stay?

Just call or message us and we’ll sort it out straight away. You’re never left on your own.

Is there parking at laVillaMatta?

Yes, private parking. No hunting for a spot — you arrive, park, and you’re already on holiday.

Can I organise a barbecue in the garden?

Absolutely yes — laVillaMatta is made for eating, laughing and staying up late. Just keep an eye on the olive trees around you 🙂
